Abstract
The transient left ventricular apical ballooning syndrome, also known as takotsubo cardiomyopathy is a recently described novel cardiac syndrome.

This syndrome is characterized by transient asynergy of the ventricular apex or mid-ventricle in the absence of obstructive epicardial coronay artery disease. This report concerns two types of morphologic difference about left ventricular apex and mid-ventricle. In this case, we report two types of stress-induced cardiomyopathy with review of literatures.
